Why bloggers do not blog ?

So dear readers I am not blogging regularly for one and half months. I have already explained some of reasons in my last post. Actually, there are four situations or hurdles that stop any blogger from blogging. In recent times, I encountered all of them.
They are as follows…

  • Sudden change in professional life –> A few months ago, I was pursuing computer science engineering in MANIT bhopal, the life was cool and carefree. So I used to have plenty of time for blogging. Now I am working in a big software company as a software developer. As a result I have now large number of responsibilites After working for 9 hours everyday, noone can blog. That’s why one of the best bloggers of our times Amit Agrawal quitted his job and became full time blogger. But such a big decision is beyond the scope for a 22  years old guy i.e me. However, if I can blog on weekends then there is small hope of continuing the blogging phenomena. But after five days of rigorous work, it is really an uphill task to perform.
  • Studies and Examinations –> I started blogging when I was an engineering student. It is easy to write articles when you are free from burden of semesters and mid-semesters. You may have seen sudden dip in the number of posts during the period of my examinations. In my opinion, you need to have free mind for writing good and content rich articles. I have some examples from Indian blogosphere like Thilak, JohnTP etc. who are top bloggers inspite of being students.
  • Lack of Infrastructure –> This is one of the biggest hurdles in the path of bloggers. If you are devoid of pc/laptop or internet connection,  you can’t even think of blogging. At present I have neither internet connection nor monitor. However I will try to make arrangements for them after this month.
  • Lack of ideas and content –> I feel in personal, that if you have no good ideas and content then please don’t blog. It is complete wastage of time and money. According to technorati, there are 72 millions blogs in world wide web. Thus, readers have plenty of options. Tricks of SEO, good professional templates and internet marketing alone can’t make your a good blogger. Copying contents from old and famous blogs is also a bad idea to become a blogger. Remember imitation is not a way to success.
