One of the biggest cricketing events of this year, the 2009 ICC Champions Trophy is going to be held in South Africa from 22nd September to 5th October at Wanderers Stadium and Centurion Park, both in the Johannesburg area. It is the sixth edition of the ICC Champions Trophy. There will be 8 criket teams, divided into two groups. Each team will have to play against all the teams in a particular group and top two teams from each group will reach the semi-finals. The two groups are :
Group A — Australia, India, Pakistan, West Indies
Group B — New Zealand, Sri Lanka, England, South Africa
