Yesterday Indian Cricket Team faced the ignominy of a premature exit from the World Cup after their dismal loss to Sri Lanka on Friday. The match was a real disaster. It was a simple batting track but our players could not last 50 overs. From the time colored clothes made their debut in the World Cup in 1992, this is probably India’s worst World Cup. The way our players were playing, India did not deserve to win the match. I think this time?the history of world cup 1999 has been repeated, at that time India was out of the 1999 world partially due to a early loss to Zimbabwe.
What went wrong ? a great coach, superb players, good physios, psychologists, a billion peoples’ support etc. Some of the most famous cricketers accused of match-fixing have been cricketing icons in their own right such as Hansie Cronje, Azharuddin, and Jadeja.
Now what we need at this instant of time ?
- Identifying young talent.
- Coaching them to world standards (like the Australian cricket Academy)
- Fast pitches in India to ensure players learn to bat and bowl on varied conditions.
- Greg Chappell will have to leave Indian Cricket, he has become a liability.
- Dravid should be replaced with any young player as captain

In short, Indian cricket team just failed to do well in this World Cup and this defeat has written “The End” on the head of every Indian Cricket Fan.

The rumours are out that both PAK-IRD and IND-BAN matches were fixed. This did happen in IND-SL match as well.
The main suspect would be Yuvraj Singh (Watch the replays and you would find that runout as intentional one). If proved Yuvraj Singh deserve to be beaten to death like a stray dog.
