Blogger is the most popular weblog publishing system of the world. All blogs associated with a user’s Google Account are located on Google servers. The service is very reliable, due to the quality of the Google servers. Generally, users of blogger.com us default features and default templates. They don’t edit it for better look and feel and functionality. There are a large number of designers who have developed some beautiful blogger templates and they are providing them for free. You can just download the blogspot template, paste it over your default blogger template.
