New Google Reader for iPhone

google_girl.jpgGoogle has launched the new Google Reader exclusively for the iPhone users. It is a web-based Atom and RSS feeds reader which works both online and offline. It works like a desktop where the reader can select an item to read from the list, star it, share it and read the unread without refreshing the page. Moreover, it also automatically checks all your personal selection of news websites and blogs for new content, amalgamating new entries within its web-based interface. You can use it by visiting http://www.google.com/reader/i/ on your phone. For the first time, XHTML version of Google Readers was launched in 2006, since then it has been one of the popular feed readers on internet. This new beta version for the iPhone helps in easy navigation as you can navigate through folders and subscriptions in a single column. The mobile friendly view is coming with faster load times too, because it has been further optimized for the cell phone environment and when you click on any individual item in the list, then it loads in place rather than taking you away to a new screen.

Millions of websites including my blog abhisays.com also, publish feeds with their latest updates, and the integrated feed search of Google Reader makes it very easy to find new content that is interesting for you. Whenever you favorite site is updated, it may be hourly, daily or monthly but with Google Reader, you can be sure that you won’t miss a thing.
