Yesterday in the morning, when I tried to access Google search engine, I go this page. Also when I supply the captcha, the error page refuses to perform the search. I was completely confused due to this strange behavior of Google. I also found the reason for this behavior on Google security blog. This mainly happens when you over-utilize the Google service or server and when Google detects that the system network IP address that you’re currently using has been trying to abuse Google service knowingly by trying too many times too fast, or unknowingly by malicious software on your computer. As a result Google bans the IP for some time. The error page reads..

We’ll restore your access as quickly as possible, so try again soon. In the meantime, if you suspect that your computer or network has been infected, you might want to run a virus checker or spyware remover to make sure that your systems are free of viruses and other spurious software.
