Do you know the meaning of word called division? Let me tell you, division mean diving something. This you know. But meaning of this word is more than that. Each word has it own history, so does the word Division. This word has taken several reforms and changes in it. Human being has used these words more often, when i say that more often, it means that this has caused more damage to our society. When division used with racism, then it causes emotional outburst. In the western country there was such a situation being faced, which have brought certain revolution in the society during 1960’s. But they then realized that there is no point in fighting over this point. I am talking about the struggle of whites and blacks in United States.

When I look one more aspect of this word i.e.religion, I find that most of the religions created many sub classifications in them. There is a theory, which says about natural selection, which is applicable to all individuals across the world. let me make it more elaborate, there was division of work among workers to make the task easier so I can say that division is one of the most important aspect of our culture and society. In modern time, by providing reservation, it seems that we have not gone to the depth of the problem of division. Actually reservation is only a temporary solution to the permanent problem of division.

Now there arises a question that what is the permanent problem, ignorance of the natural selection process? If we are looking into the case we are ignoring the problem that a person is not as capable enough to do something, but he is still in that position. It is a misuse of power which causes further emotional outburst and therefore other dynamic changes are expected in the society. My efforts in writing this article is to provide some light over how do we are playing with the word called “division”.
