How many time have you succumbed to the conditions? or how many time you have given up for nothing. We have many articles on various job websites which tells us how to negotiate for salary. Today I will give you many different situations in which you may have submitted to anything without not much prior knowledge. What is more important that you should be able to think that each person is unique and have certain different view points on the same picture. Now I come to the my topic, Negotiation. What is negotiation all about?, in my opinion it is a way to market yourself in such a way that other is ready to buy (or submit ) to your opinion.
To begin, its essential and extremely necessary to be confident about your view point. To attain this position you should have knowledge. In any case, you can be saved only when you are strong to your view point. Having a smile on your face will really work magic, it will bring other person a confidence that you appreciate him. It sounds like first you should make a person acceptable and then your point, it will really do wonders. Its a human nature that every person want to be acceptable.
Then selection of words are very important while you try to communicate to the person, if the person in front of you is more talented and skillful then give him or her due respect, otherwise don’t try to prove your supremacy over the person. As you go through the conversion make sure that he is on your side, don’t be afraid that you are going to lose, even if the person is seems to be disturbed. Being disturbed is the first sign of submission and then go on. Look ahead don’t ever look back, that’s the key, try to prove the person view point wrong and there the knowledge comes into play.
