It has been the culture of human being to stay in groups and from social bonds with fellow people with similar tastes and choices. Human being are a compulsive social animal and living in groups has always been the way people live, take for example early civilization like Harrappa, Mohen-jo-daro, where people lived in small groups which became as tribes. As now voicing opinions has become a very sensitive issue, though living in democracy it has a lot repercussions. The strong and politically active groups and influential people always take advantage and sub-due the other. The biggest victims of such activities are minorities and the youth.
