This winter has just been too long it is February and till now it feel likes it is still the Christmas week. The winter been so chilly and that I had to buy much more winter clothes so that I can last and survive through the chill. The night really use to be very cold and I have using this gas cylinders to warm and keep my home cosy and a little heated up. Firstly I was a skeptical about using the Compressed Gas cylinder as i thought they might be dangerous. Now I’m glad that I’m using it and it is great thing to use if you just follow a few safety precautions that I use myself.

In today’s work environment, compressed gases can be dangerous, so just follow these tips to avoid any mishap.

• Identify items that cannot be relied on to recognize hazards.
• Agree to never smoke around compressed gas cylinders.
• Identify the safety cap as the cylinder valve’s protection.
• safely handle compressed gas cylinders.
• Select proper storage place and techniques.
• take precautions when storing oxidizers and cylinders.
• have flame arrester close to cylinder as a device to prevent a mishap from becoming a disaster.
• check fittings and valves for leaks every day before going to sleep
• Always follow your facility’s Emergency Plan.
• Always turn off the main gas knob before going to sleep.
