Yoga: way for healthy life

Health is wealth for every one of us. All the worldly possessions and our earnings have no meaning to us if we are not the right, fit and healthy state to enjoy it. Healthy body is a prerequisite for a healthy brain and a good mental health. Such healthy life can be achieved by a disciplined lifestyle having correct meals and maintaining a proper sleep pattern and having regular exercises.

Talking about exercises cardio, aerobics, yoga and other forms of stretching exercises have now been recommended by doctors all over the world as opposed to weight exercises as they develop real muscles. Yoga is ancient form of exercise originated in India which stimulates the blood veins and major organs of our bodies to keep every part of our body in perfect condition. Yoga has many exercise regimes for many other special health aliments and can practice by anyone without any fear of side effects. Although most of the exercises are unisex of nature but there are certain exercises which are more helpful to women and helpful during their labor pain and pregnancy and so is there yoga for men which help in quick muscle development and weight gain and digestion.
