in: India

Today one of my friends told me that he has lost 45,000 thousand rupees in share market. He also said that now he will not invest in share market. I told him that this situation is just temporary, soon market will recover and sensex will touch new heights. But frankly speaking, I am also not confident when this will happen? I know you are restless to know how my friend lost 45k rupees in just one day. Actually today Indian equities witnessed one of the worst trading sessions in the history of Indian share market as Bombay Stock Exchange’s Sensex closed at 11,847.06, down 5.42 per cent or 679.26 points.

Whereas, National Stock Exchange’s Nifty ended at 3,623.25, down 195.05 points or 5.11 per cent. Meanwhile, most of the asian markets like Hang Seng, Nikkei, Straits Times, Shanghai Composite and Seoul Composite indices ended with losses in the range of 4-6% each. Biggest loser companies are Sterlite, Tata Steel, Grasim, Reliance, Ranbaxy, Wipro, TCS, Satyam, L&T, HDFC bank, Tata Motors, ITC, BHEL, Tata Power, DLF etc. Even some experts are saying the Bombay Stock Exchange will crash below 10,000 mark.

Drona Movie Review

in: Movies

So the Mumbaiya film makers are experimenting with super heroes. After the success of Hrithik Roshan as Krish, Goldie Behl one of the good friends of Abhishek got the idea to make a new super hero sort of movie with Abhishek. The idea was perfect, but the theme was complete copy paste. So the result is out. Drona is on the verge of becoming one of the biggest flops of the year 2008. Abhishek Bachchan is certainly a good actor but is not a right choice for super heores sort of films. Actually he completely lacks the charm and grace of a super hero.

in: India

JammuAndKashmir-flag.jpgKashmir is considered as heaven on earth. Yeah, it is right. But for India it is more than a hell. It is one of the root causes of most of the militant activities in India. There are many special privileges given to this state by the Government of India and all due to article 370. It was one of the biggest mistakes the then Indian prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru. But there are many people who convert their this hobby into profession. There are plenty of opportunities in the gaming industry. There are jobs like game designer, graphic designer, programmers, testers etc. Technical institutes like IIT, NSD, NASSCOM etc. are offering gaming courses. Due to companies like Zapak, Games2win, Microsoft, Sony and EA, there has been a huge increase in awareness about computer games.
