IndraNooyi.jpgDo you know that there are 4 Indian women in Forbes list of 100 most powerful women in World? They are Indira Nooyi (3), Congress President Sonia Gandhi (21), BSP chief and chief minister of UP, Mayawati (59) and Biocon MD Kiran Mazumdar Shaw (99). This proves the power and importance of modern Indian women. Women in India now participate in all activities such as education, politics, media, art and culture, service sectors, science and technology, etc. Let me share some information about these 4 most powerful Indian women.

Indra Nooyi is currently the chairperson and chief executive officer(CEO) of PepsiCo, the world’s fourth-largest food and beverage company. On August 14, 2006, Nooyi was named the successor to Steven Reinemund as chief executive officer of the company. She was effectively appointed as CEO by PepsiCo’s board of directors on October 1, 2006. Nooyi has been named the #1 Most Powerful Business Woman in the world in 2006 and 2007 by Fortune magazine. In 2008, Nooyi was named one of America’s Best Leaders by U.S. News & World Report.

Sonia-Gandhi.JPGSonia Gandhi is the Italian-born President of the Indian National Congress and the widow of former Prime Minister of India, Rajiv Gandhi. She also serves as the Chairperson of the ruling United Progressive Alliance in the Lok Sabha and the leader of the Congress Parliamentary Party. Following the office of profit controversy, she had to surrender her membership to the Indian parliament but in 2007, she returned to the Lok Sabha after winning the by-election for Rae Bareilly by a margin of over 400,000 votes.

Mayawati.jpgMayawati is an Indian politician and the current Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. I dont think Mrs Sonia Rajiv Gandhi deserve to be in this list. She did not become president by hardwork or by either serving the country or congress party. They made her president because the other leaders dont have to fight for it.
It shows very low self esteem of our Congress leaders, and there is no internal democracy in that party.

My late husband was very wealthy and after his death, I inherited all his business and wealth. The doctor has advised me that I will not live for more than 2 months, so I have now decided to spread all my wealth, to contribute mainly to the development of charity in Africa, America , Asia and Europe . am sorry if you are embarrassed by my mail.
I found your e-mail address as a real Child of God for over a month now that i have been investigating about you to know if really you are working according to the direction of God so after all my investigation i am convince, and i have decided to contact you, but if for any reason you find this mail offensive, you can ignore it and please accept my appology.before my late husband died he was a major oil tycoon, in Ghana and deposited the sum of 10.5 million dollars (Ten. Five million dollars) in a company in Europe some years ago, hats all i have left now,i need you to collect this funds and distribute it yourself to charity.
So that when i die my soul can rest in peace. the funds will be entirely in hands and management. I hope God gives you the wisdom to touch very many lives, that is my main concern.20% of this money will be for your time and effort, while 80% goes to charity.
God bless you. waiting to hear from you
