In this fast moving computerized world, no one has time. Everyone is running, running for money, fame and ambitions. What about family and friends ? We will get common answer. I am earning money for them so I don’t have time for them. Let me share you an interesting case study in this regard which has been conducted by independent research firm called Kelton. They have found that three out of five Americans (65 %) spend more time with a computer than with their spouse. As computers have become integral part of our lives, our relationships with them can begin to seem almost as important as a relationship with our family and friends. Due to this growing relationship with computer and internet technologies in their everyday lives, with 8 out of 10 Americans (84 %) saying that now they are more dependent on their computer than they were just three years ago.

Also technology can sometimes cause significant emotional distress, similar to what happens when a problem occurs between husband and wife. Good analogy The survey also revealed that the average consumer has experienced computer troubles eight times over the last three years, with the average American wasting 12 hours per month due to problems with their home computer. In addition, 52 per cent of Americans describe their most recent experience with a computer problem as one of anger, sadness or alienation.

Sometimes I feel that life without computer, iphones, cellphones, ipods was better. We are now living in digital world. Here everything is 1 or 0, there is no place for emotions, love and affection.
