ICICI Bank Probationary Officers Training and Vacancies

ICICI BankAs we are witnessing various new jobs and vacancies coming in public sector, private sector is also gunning for acquiring the talent pool across the country. The largest private Bank in India, ICICI Bank has announced that it will be starting Probationary officer Programme starting May 2010. This will be the first instance when a private sector bank has started a program like this. Probationary Officer Programme is a unique initiative by ICICI Bank to attract bright graduate students to pursue a career in banking sector. This programme is designed to develop specialists with banking knowledge and relevant skills to partially fulfill the future need of trained bankers. Written Test and Interview will be conducted across India during February /March 2010.

Candidates selected in the final interview will be invited to undergo a one year intensive residential classroom training and internship in the following areas:

  • Corporate Banking
  • Private Banking
  • Risk and Credit Management
  • Treasury
  • Branch Management
  • Relationship Management

The training will be held in Bangalore or any other location in India. During the training, a stipend will be given to candidates to meet out the expenses. On successful completion of the training program, candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Manager in ICICI at a gross salary of more than Rs. 3.5 Lakhs per annum.

Last date of registration December 31, 2009.

The selection will be through a multi stage selection process comprising of ::

  • Aptitude Test
  • Group Process
  • Profiling
  • Personal Interview
