Basically I am a blogger, and I don’t use normal link building strategies. So generally I never use link exchange. But Link development strategies are one of most important parts of SEO for any site. And I would like to give few tips on link building. Link building takes time & effort. So you must make a proper strategy and stick to it. First you need to ask few question from yourself- Do you set link goals? When you create a new site, or target a new keyword, do you say, OK 10 links a day. Or, I need 100 links for this phrase. Anyone else do anything like this?

1. Set out with a plan of gaining 5 back links a day.
2. You can put a calender on your desk and Mark it for everyday.
3. I think keeping it to a reasonable number would leave you hungry to build more tomorrow. And maybe 5 wouldn’t be enough for you.
4. Then you can change your goal to 4 Directory links and 2 site links, it may be free or paid, or whatever.
5. Try to reach a quota per day but still consider the quality.
