Retail giant Walmart has retained the top spot of Most Valuable brands survey done by Brand Finance, a UK based brand valuation company. Search giant Google has replaced Coca-Cola to become the second-most valued brand. Walmart’s brand value increased by 2 % whereas Google rose from number 5 position last year to number two this year. In Indian brands, Tata is at 64th position, while Reliance is at 107. India’s largest public sector bank, The State Bank of India is ranked 186, while mobile giant Airtel is placed at 288th position. Software tycoon Wipro is at 379, while its competitor Infosys is at 423. India’s largest private sector bank, ICICI was ranked 439.
