Recently I purchased a new mobile phone Nokia 3110 classic. It came with 2 GB memory and a nice music player. Then I searched my PC for hindi mp3 songs. Unfortunately I didn’t find much. So I searched Google for free downloads of Hindi mp3 songs. Thanks to Google search, I bookmarked some of the websites where we can easily download both old and latest Bollywood Hindi mp3 songs. Today I am going to share the list of websites where we can easily listen and download latest songs. This list would be very helpful for my friends who are in need of hindi mp3 music aka bollywood music. Most of these websites also include Pakistani songs, Bhangra Songs, Pop songs, South Indian Songs including Tamil , Gujarati, Telegu, Kannada, Marathi and even Gazals. Downloading and listening songs is completely free.

Normally Hindi Songs are available in 3 different formats on internet :

• WMA (Windows Media Format) – This format gives good compression ratio. Many people rip Audio cd’s with windows media player.
• RM(Real Media) – Used by Websites that allows their users to listen music online. In this format we have high compression rates. Takes lesser memory. Good for mobiles.
• MP3 – The most Widely Used and Know Format. Mp3 can be available in different bit rates – CBR (constant bit rate) and VBR (variable bit rate) . VBR gives maximum quality keeping the file size less. CBR is used only when its required to rip at low bit rate or a user doesn’t care about the file size. Most mp3 are ripped at 128k/192k/256k & 320k. The higher the bit rate better the quality, also more will be the file size.
