Do you know who is the hero of upcoming movie “Kal Kisne Dekha”? Yes, you are right. Jaccky Bhagnani, the son of Bollywood producer Vashu Bhagnani. Apart from being the son of a top film producer there is one quality of Jaccky which I am going to discuss in this article. Before becoming a fim actor, Jaccky was very fat, with weight around 130 kg. Now is only 68 Kgs. This means that he lost around 62 kgs to become a actor. He hit the gym and followed a very difficult diet schedule. After losing 62 kgs, he has become ideal for obese and over-weight persons.
His meals consist of:
- Breakfast: Muesli and milk. Maybe sometimes with an apple or a plate of fruit.
- Lunch: 2 chapattis (multigrain), 1 bowl of vegetable and 1 bowl of curd and any protein.
- Evening snack: Any one of the four — a tuna sandwich/ 4 dhoklas / 2 idlis / Sukha bhel.
- Dinner: Anything that is completely devoid of carbs.
His message to over-weight persons ::
I would say the most important thing is to believe in yourself — you can do it. And you have to give first priority to your diet. No matter how hard you work out, if your diet is not in place the results will be very slow or there may be no result at all. But if I can do it, so can you — nothing is impossible.
