This is great news for iPhone fans. Yesterday Apple has announced on Monday a much faster iPhone at almost half of the present price. Some of the iPhone critics claim that the Internet browsing through iPhone is very slow. But with new iPhone which is based on 3G technology would be about 36% faster than Nokia’s N95 smartphone. This new 8-gigabyte iPhone will cost $199 and a 16-gigabyte version will cost $299. The new iPhone will be available worldwide in the month of July. There will be many new features in this iPhone. For example, in the next version of iPhone you will have a wireless system that can automatically forward e-mail to other devices, a friend-finding service called Loopt and mobile blogging software from TypePad. There will be a service from MLB.com that would provide a live scoreboard of major league games, and music-making software, called Cow Terry, for creating songs on the phone.
On one hand iPhone users are happy with this announcement, whereas on other hand iPhone partner AT&T has raised the price of its unlimited iPhone data plan by $10 a month. Also, Apple will no longer share customer fees. For last one year, Apple has sold more than 6 million handsets and for this new model they want to cross the 10 million mark. Moreover, now Apple is looking at working professionals as potential target for iPhones as now iPhones works with Microsoft’s Exchange office server systems. Well, I am also planning to buy a new iPhone at the end of this summer. Hoping, by that time the new iPhone would be available in the market.
