It is a very simple 3 step process. Here are the steps to upload a video on Youtube.
1) Sign up for a free YouTube membership or Use Google account to login.
2) After logging in, click on the “Upload Videos” icon in the upper right corner of the YouTube home page. And browse the file for upload.
3) Describe your video: Title, Discription, Tags, Video Catagory, language etc. and specify the privacy settings (public or private)
4) Click the ‘Save changes’ button to save the updates you’ve made to your video.
Some important points to remember before uploading any new video on YouTube
- Your video must meet the uploading requirements for YouTube, for instance the video should not be larger than 2GB and no more than 10 minutes in length.
- YouTube accepts video files from most digital cameras and camcorders, and cell phones in the .AVI, .MOV, .WMV, and .MPG file formats.
- You can upload up to 10 video files in a single uploading session.
