The internet technology was completely different ten years back. Although at that time IE 3.0 could run Java applets and inline media and in any case nobody felt comfortable doing anything more complicated. The internet in late 90s looks like it had been created by a 14 year old kid by using free services of geocities or blogger. Don’t agree see the snaps below..
