Shamin Mannan is an Indian television actress who is currently playing the lead role of Bhoomi Patel in Sanskaar – Dharohar Apno Ki on Colors TV. She is basically from Assam. She was pursuing Engineering in Bangalore when she decided to leave studies to pursue a career in Television. Her parents were furious about her dropping out from the college. However she requested them to grant her six months to make an acting career, to which they agreed. Fortunately, she bagged her first role within six months.
