The US has announced a bounty of $ 10 million for the arrest of or any information leading to the capture of 26/11 mastermind and Pakistani terrorist Hafiz Saeed. Saeed’s brother-in-law and co-founder of LeT Abdul Rehman Makki now also carries a bounty of $3 million on his head. Hafiz Saeed, one of the most wanted terrorists in the world today is the chief of the banned Jamaat-ud-Dawa and the founder of the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), one of the largest and most active militant Islamic organizations in South Asia, operating mainly from Pakistan. India considers him one of its most wanted terrorists because of his ties with Lashkar-e-Taiba and his involvement in 26/11 Mumbai terrorist attacks, which resulted in the death of 166 innocent people. By putting Hafiz Saeed on top of its most-wanted terrorists’ list, the US has stepped up pressure on Pakistan to take action against him and also strengthened the India’s stand against Hafiz Saeed and LeT.

The History of Hindi Spy Movies
Last month, Bollywood saw the comeback of spy genre with the release of Agent Vinod, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor starrer Hindi spy movie. The film failed to attract much interest from movie-goers and ultimately declared flop at the box office. Irrespective of its not-so-good business, Agent Vinod has got some success in reviving indigenous Bond/Spy movies. Generally spy movies such as Agent Vinod consist of ingredients–cars, guns and of course women, with lot of action. You will be surprised to know that Spy genre has been around for over six decades in Bollywood. Samadhi (1950) was the first Hindi spy movie. It was a patriotic spy thriller, which revolves around Subhash Chandra Bose’s clarion call to the youth to join his revived Indian National Army, and liberate the country from the British. Made under the banner of Filmistan, the 165-minute saga, written and directed by Ramesh Saigal, turned out to be the year’s biggest hit with a gross profit of Rs.75 lakhs.

Army Chief General VK Singh: A hero or a villain?
It is really sorry state of affairs that Indian Army and its chief General VK singh is in headlines for wrong reasons. He is the first serving Indian army chief to take the Government to Supreme Court but the apex court refused to intervene. But this was tip of the iceberg, the real controversy started when in an interview with The Hindu published on 26th March 2012 he said a lobbyist offered him a bribe of 14 crore in order to have a tranche of 600 sub-standard vehicles manufactured by Tatra cleared for purchase. The battle between the army chief and the government further escalated when on 28th March, a letter written by General V.K. Singh to the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh about the army’s lack of preparedness was leaked to the media. Now the question is whether Army Chief General VK Singh is a hero or a villain?
Nalini, Rajoana, Afzal Guru and Kasab :: India’s Spineless Story
Rajiv Gandhi’s assassin Nalini is getting ‘A’ class prison facilities, which include a bed with mattress, pillow, mosquito net, non-vegetarian food twice a week, newspapers and radio. In Tihar, December 2001 attack on the Indian Parliament convict Afzal Guru invited the jail superintendent Manoj Dwivedi to convert to Islam, urging him to appreciate the so called egalitarianism of Islam. The main accused in 26/11 terror attack case Ajmal Kasab is being fed delicacies like mutton biryani, which is prepared using basmati rice and pure desi ghee. No wonder, a whooping 16 crore has been spent on Kasab in last three years.
How to cut mp3 and create ringtone online?
Yesterday I created a mobile phone ringtone from Agent Vinod theme song with the help of an online mp3 cutter. The overall process was very simple. Let me explain the process so that you can also cut or trim mp3 songs and create ringtone online for free. To cut or trim the mp3, just you need to upload a song, crop mp3’s fragment, and push the “Cut and Download” button. It is truly not complicated at all. The only thing that you have to make sure is the processed song is of appropriate quality, at least 192kbps. So if you are uploading a song with a bad bit rate, don’t expect that the cut mp3 files will have better quality than the initial files uploaded. Also, don’t try to not split mp3 files that are too long. It will not give the desired results.
President Pratibha Patil and her foreign junkets
A record 17000 farmers committed suicide in India in last year when India’s first woman president Pratibha Patil was flying around the world in her chartered aircraft, Boeing 747-400, with 100 people including family members, friends, butlers and cooks. I think it is shame for Indian democracy to allow such a reckless waste of money. At a time when the Indian Government is preaching austerity, the President, the head of the state, seems to be flying in a completely different direction and busy with her joy ride. I wonder how many of these trips were actually needed and what was the need for family members on these so called official trips. Can you remember one significant bilateral policy decision that president Patil was involved in 22 foreign trips she made? My question is why do we need a President as the head of the state? Do you know what is cost of having a rubber stamp president as the head of the state?
